Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, our return policy is simple and fair.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and with tags attached.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered may not qualify for a refund.

There is no restocking fee for returns.

How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please email us at sales@road-house.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions to complete your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email the images along with your order number to sales@road-house.com.au.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
